For the past 18 months I’ve been running a peer group for artists exploring health and wellbeing in their practice. The group is an open and non-judgemental space for artists of all backgrounds and disciplines to share works in progress, ideas and thoughts. Whilst I often enjoy the solitariness of being an artist, having a place to bounce creative ideas off of, particularly within the wellbeing sector has been instrumental for me.
In Traces, a group exhibition that I’ve organised and curated, I’ve invited a number of multidisciplinary artists to show works exploring who we have been, where we are now and who we would like to be. I’ll be showing work alongside some of my favourite people, including Christopher Kelly, Antonia Attwood, Paloma Tendero, Silvia Gentili, Naomi Woddis and more… I hope to see you there!
